A sliding door opens to the sunny balcony, which offers a magnificent view of the mountain panorama, including Amden's "Leistkamm" and "Leist," the highest point of the Flumserberg ski area. The master bedroom features a double bed (200x210 cm), two bedside tables with lamps, a chair for clothes, and a large closet, alongside an en-suite bathroom modernly renovated with a toilet, bathtub, shower cabin, a basin with cabinet, and a built-in wooden sideboard. The guest room is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and invites star gazing through its darken-able roof window. A wide selection of current books, a large mirror with dressing table, a large wardrobe, and various clothing storage options complete the furnishings in this beautiful room. The children's room has a loft bed with a slide (90x200 cm) and a stack bed (80x200 cm) that can be converted into a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) upon request, as well as a large desk and numerous children's and board games. The living area with its comfortable sofa landscape, a rustic fireplace, and an open kitchen forms the heart of this beautiful apartment. The gently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with an electric ceramic stove, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, and other amenities for culinary evenings. From the gallery, accessible via a spiral staircase, one enjoys cozy seating areas and two additional stack beds (80x200 cm) expand the sleeping options. A second wet room with toilet, shower, and basin complements the well-thought-out room layout. The partially covered balcony with its large table and comfortable seating invites you to relax in the fresh mountain air. About the Surrounding Area

The ski slope and the diverse hiking area with the mountain restaurant Monte Mio, the Café Leistkamm, and the Restaurant Arvenbüel are right outside the door. The village of Amden with its indoor swimming pool and grocery stores Volg and Mini Spar, as well as Café Löwen with its bakery and confectionery, can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes or by bus on the hour from the nearest bus stop "Arvenbüel, Arven" (100m from the apartment). From Amden, the chairlift Mattstock serves as a gateway to the eponymous hiking and skiing area. The drive from the apartment down to Weesen and Lake Walen takes about 15 minutes by car and 27 minutes by bus from the bus station.

An underground parking space is reserved for you at the accommodation. The maximum entry height into the underground garage is 2.20 meters. Before entering, open the gate at the entrance with the apartment key and park your car in the parking space marked with the number C17. When leaving the garage, please drive close to the gate so that it opens and closes automatically.
