Chalet Lehni mit separatem Apartment

The 5-room holiday home (4 bedrooms + additional living room for sleeping) has 166 square metres of living space. The south-facing house was newly built in 2020. The modern furnishings combined with some wooden elements give the flat a wonderfully cosy atmosphere. As soon as you enter through the separate entrance, you come to the entrance area with sofa and TV. Straight ahead is the bright living room with a large dining table and open-plan kitchen. In the kitchen you will find all the useful cooking utensils, a fridge with freezer compartment, an induction hob with BORA cooktop extractor, a microwave and two coffee machines (Nespresso and filter coffee machine). In the living room there is a sofa bed with two beds and another TV.

There is also a tablet in the living room that can be used to control the lights and shutters throughout the house. The staircase at the entrance leads to the upper floor. In the first bedroom there is a bunk bed (90x200cm) with 2 sleeping places. The room is equipped with numerous toys. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed (160x200cm) with space for two people and a wardrobe. On the same floor there is a bathroom with a large shower, washbasin and WC. On the top floor there is a sofa bed with space for 2 people, a table, a microwave, a coffee machine and a third TV. The bathroom in the attic is equipped with a large shower, WC, washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer. In a separate room there is a multi-bed room with four beds, which is particularly popular with children.

A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request. The bathroom has a large shower, washbasin and WC. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted outside (terrace). Wifi internet is available throughout the house.

The high-quality Chalet Lehni is situated high above the shores of Lake Walen in a unique panoramic location between Weesen and Amden. The house consists of two holiday flats with separate entrances. The first flat in the basement sleeps 4 people. The second flat, which extends from the ground floor to the top floor, has a total of 12 beds. The house has its own garden. From the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Walen and the mountains.

The village centre of Amden and the village of Weesen can be reached in about 10 minutes by car or from the Lehni bus stop, which is in the immediate vicinity. In the centre of Amden is the Mattstock chairlift, the feeder to one of Amden's ski areas. There are also restaurants, a café with a bakery and an indoor swimming pool. The chalet is very modern and was newly built in 2020. A total of four car parking spaces are available in front of the house.

The Amden Weesen holiday region with its unique combination of mountain and lake offers numerous leisure activities. The hiking trails in various levels of difficulty and magnificent viewpoints invite you to hike in both winter and summer. In winter, Amden and Arvenbüel have popular ski areas for families. The Swiss Ski School in Arvenbüel offers group and private lessons for all ages. The beautiful winter landscapes are ideal for snowshoeing. Amden is also an ideal starting point for discovering the cities of Zurich, St. Gallen, Chur or the leisure region of Rapperswil Lake Zurich with the Rose City of Rapperswil. Our tip: A hike to Betlis starting directly from your chalet. Pass the reservoir with its impressive dam wall and descend through the forest to Betlis.
