About the Accommodation
The charming and bright 1½-room apartment, built in 1969, accommodates up to three people in cozy pull-down beds, each measuring at least 90x190 cm. A highlight of the apartment is the new, modern kitchen with a separate dining area. It is fully equipped with a ceramic glass cooktop, a refrigerator, an oven, and a dishwasher, complemented by all necessary kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery. The apartment also features a modern and newly furnished shower/WC. The spacious living room, which is 32 m², offers a comfortable upholstered group, a dining table, a TV, and an internet connection, making it a perfect space to relax. From here, you can access the covered garden patio, equipped with a garden table and a grill – perfect for enjoying the idyllic views of Lake Walen and the mountains. Smoking is only allowed on the garden patio. Please note that access to the apartment (stairs) is not wheelchair accessible, and the landlords regularly enter the garden patio for garden maintenance. Located in a quiet area on the main road between Weesen and Amden, the apartment is also easily accessible in winter. A private parking space is available, and a bus stop is nearby, making the apartment especially convenient for travelers. It's only about a 5-minute drive to the Weesen freeway junction.
