This charming 2-room apartment, located on the ground floor of a newly built detached house, impresses with its quiet location and high standard of finish. Fully furnished with as-new furniture, it comprises an inviting living and dining room, a bedroom and a top modern bathroom. The integrated kitchenette is equipped with granite worktops, a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher, thus fulfilling all culinary wishes. For coffee lovers, both a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine are available. In the living area, a pull-out sofa bed (140x200cm) invites you to linger, complemented by a dining table with a bench and comfortable upholstered chairs, a TV with Internet TV and a DVD player. Free Wi-Fi internet is of course available throughout the apartment. The bedroom offers plenty of storage space and comfort with a cozy double bed (160x200cm), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer to make your stay even more comfortable. On request, guests can receive a cot, high chair and toys for younger visitors, making the apartment particularly family-friendly. Small pets are also welcome on prior request, making the accommodation an ideal home from home for a relaxing stay. There is also a garage parking space available for your car.

In winter, the Amden-Arvenbüel family ski area is just a few minutes away by bus or car.

In winter, the affordable Amden family ski area with its renowned Swiss ski school is an absolute highlight for children and their parents. The sunny location, extensive winter hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, ice rink and snowshoe trails through alpine landscapes entice you outside. And the large Flumserberg and Pizol ski areas are right on the doorstep. A real Swiss holiday experience is guaranteed!

There is a garage parking lot available at the accommodation, which can be opened with a remote control. Please use the garage parking space on the right. You can park just before the garage on the right-hand side for loading/unloading. Please make sure you keep the entire forecourt free. This belongs to the neighbor.
